Blended and bottled in the heart of Burgundy, René Briand is crafted by a small team of skilled winemakers who are dedicated to providing high quality sparkling wines. These low dosage and vegan friendly blends are naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks. Delicate and refined, the crisp bubbles of René Briand can be found in two styles: Blanc de Blancs and Brut Rosé.

BEHIND THE BUBBLES
René Briand has a carefully curated, unique production process that gives the bubbles their elegance, aromatic notes, and finesse. Winemakers use a lengthened version of the Charmat Method, with regulated horizontal vats large enough to extend the typically short aging process to 4 months.
The bubbles are formed in the vats with custom paddles used to put the lees into suspension daily. The wine then undergoes a secondary fermentation with one of the most well-known and efficient types of yeast. Our winemakers take special measures to reduce the fining, filteration, and pumping during fermentation in order to guarantee a high quality final result.
