L’Été Sans Fin

Picture this: it’s a warm, summer’s day. You’re hanging out pool-side with your friends. To complete the image, you need a bubbly, refreshing cocktail in hand - that’s where we come in. L’Été Sans Fin is summer in a glass.

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Simple Syrup

1/2 oz St. Germain

3 raspberries

Soda Water

Rene Briand Brut Rosé

Mint (for garnish)

Muddle raspberries with lime juice and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Add in ice, vodka, and St. Germain - shake well. Double strain over ice in a lowball glass. Top with RB Rosé and soda water, then garnish with raspberries and mint. Cheers to an endless summer!
