INGREDIENTS

1oz White Rum

1oz Pineapple Juice

1oz Guava Juice

1/4oz Agave

1 oz aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas)

René Briand Blanc de Blancs

Add rum, pineapple juice, guava juice, agave, and aquafaba to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into tall glass filled with ice. Top with RB, then garnish with dried citrus or your favorite edible flowers!
