Simple, refreshing, delicious - the three words everyone wants to hear when describing a cocktail. The RB Fizz is a light and bubbly drink perfect for a hot summer day.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Lime Juice

Fresh Cucumber Slices and Mint Leaves

1/4 oz Simple Syrup

René Briand Blanc de Blancs (pour with your heart)

In tall glass, muddle cucumber and mint with simple syrup. Add ice and pour in vodka. Top with RB Blanc de Blancs and stir. Garnish with mint and cucumber slice.
