The Festive 75
Fizz the season! Get in the holiday spirit with this festive take on the classic French 75 🍾
THE FESTIVE 75:
1 oz Gin
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Cranberry Simple Syrup
3 oz René Briand Brut Rosé
To make cranberry simple syrup: add 1.5 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 12 oz bag of cranberries into a sauce pan. Simmer for 15 minutes until sugar has dissolved and cranberries have cooked down. Strain into a container for storage!
Add gin, lemon juice, and cranberry syrup in to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into flute glass. Top with RB Rosé and garnish with fresh rosemary and cranberries.
